Right now we are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager.
Job Description
As our Social Media and Community Manager, you will have the responsibility for running, developing, and extending our social media channels. We are a small but highly driven team, therefore we see that you have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and work with the objective to grow with us as a brand. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
—Build and execute social media strategies with the objective of growing channels, engagement, and ultimately drive new sales for the business. |
—Establish and engage our community in various levels in our marketing, including Newsletter, Website, Instagram, Facebook. |
—Optimize and establish best practice for UNIFORM on each platform. |
—Measure and analyze the impact of social media initiatives on various KPIs, including channel growth, impressions, engagements, referral traffic, and conversions to learn and improve. |
—Be up to date with the evolving landscape and bring forth ideas to stay competitive within social media. |
—Strategize how the brand should work with influencers and other opinion leaders to grow both community, platforms, and sales. |
