Where do you ship to? And how do you ship your products?
We ship worldwide. All of our orders (with the exception of our testpacks that are shipped as letters) are shipped with priority-class shipping fulfilled by UPS. Free shipping for orders over 65 EUR.

What is the status of my order?
If you are awaiting the delivery of your order, please note that delivery time varies depending on the proximity to Sweden, where we send all of our orders from.
Sweden: 2-3 business days.
EU: 2-6 business days.
Rest of the world: 4-12 business days.
For any further inquiries regarding your order, feel free to contact us by answering you order confirmation or sending.
Can I return or exchange my purchased items?
Sure thing. You have 14 days to return or exchange your items, from when you receive your order. But please note that we only accept items that are unused, and with labels and original packaging fully intact. Exchanges, depending on the availability of the item of course, are shipped back to you free of charge.

Are your products cleared by customs?
All of our products should clear customs without issues. However, since some of the ingredients in our products may be restricted in certain countries, we always recommend to check the regulations in your country, before placing your order.

How do I know which fragrance to buy?
Lucky for you, we offer the Unifrom™ Testpack which allows you to try all seven of our scents in the comfort of your home. Even better, we also offer the Unifrom™ Starter Kit where you get a free testpack, so that you can smell before choosing your new favorite fragrance.
Do you use natural ingredients?
Quality-led in everything we do, we carefully select ingredients for our products in consultation with our manufacturers, combining both natural and synthetic options. Together with thorough testing, our goal is always to create products that are both effective and sustainable.
While all of our products adhere to EU and IFRA standards, please keep in mind that there is a slight risk of allergic reactions with any cosmetic product. If you know that you’re sensitive to certain ingredients, feel free to contact us at order@unifrom.com and we’ll advise you as best we can.
How long does the perfume oils stay on the skin?
Our perfume oils are made to last, and stay on your skin throughout the day. However, individual skin chemistry and environmental factors can influence its longevity. The benefit of our perfume oils is that they’re designed to be carried with you, to be reapplied at your convenience.
