Unifrom™ offers free priority-class shipping on all orders above €80/900SEK/$85/£70, delivered by Postnord in 2-3 business days.
For customers living within the European Union, free priority-class shipping is offered on all orders above €80/900SEK/$85/£70. These orders will be delivered in 2-6 business days depending on where you live. The closer you live to Sweden, the faster your products will arrive.
Rest of world
For customers living outside the European Union, free priority-class shipping is offered on all orders above €80/900SEK/$85/£70. These will be shipped to you within 4-8 business days. The shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. Please note that the delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Unifrom™ accepts returns and/or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You must return the items in an unused condition and Unifrom™ will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
You are able to exchange your item(s) into a different item of the same value upon receipt of returned items are presented. However, this is based on the stock availability of the specific item. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge. Should you be interested in a different item, please return your item(s) to Unifrom™ and simply purchase the desired piece at www.unifrom.com.
Unifrom™ is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the Unifrom™ office. The return shipping fee is not covered by Unifrom™, therefore the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fee. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Once you have received confirmation from us, please send the package to the address below.
Quality and guarantee
If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Unifrom’s quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Unifrom™ cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g. scratches on the bottle caused by sharp objects), defects and damage due to normal wear/tear and aging. Unifrom™ is responsible for shipping until the package is delivered to the local carrier in your country. Unifrom™ is not responsible for stolen goods or lost packages due to local shipping protocol, e.g., delivering the package to your front door instead of a pick-up point.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited through the original purchaser’s payment method. Unifrom™ will issue a full refund if the complete order is returned. Please note that Unifrom™ will not refund the return shipping fee. In case we receive a written notice and proof of return within 14 days upon arrival, Unifrom™ will issue a refund at the latest on day 14. Please note that Unifrom™ will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may occur for orders outside of the European Union. Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be refunded.
