How much does shipping cost?
Unifrom™ offers free priority-class shipping on all orders above €65/650SEK/$65/£56, fulfilled by Postnord in 2-3 business days.

How many days does it take for my products to arrive?
The speed of delivery of products is largely dependent on the proximity to Sweden; the closer one resides, the quicker the delivery.
Sweden: 2-3 business days.
EU: 2-6 business days.
Rest of the world: 4-12 business days.

Am I able to return purchased items?
Yes. Unifrom™ accepts returns and/or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order. Any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of your receipt. You must return the items in an unused condition and Unifrom™ will only accept returns if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Read more about our return policies here.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You are able to exchange your item(s) into a different item of the same value upon receipt of returned items are presented. However, this is based on the stock availability of the specific item. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge. Should you be interested in a different item, please return your item(s) to Unifrom™ and simply purchase the desired item(s) at www.unifrom.com. Read more about our return policies here.
Do you offer any samples?
How long does the perfume oils stay on the skin?
Our perfume oils are designed to stay on your skin and be noticeable throughout the day. However, factors such as the climate you live in, how much oil you apply, or how well your skin absorbs the oil will determine its longevity on your skin.
The great thing about a Unifrom™ is that you may reapply during the day and control the strength of the scent.
How long does a bottle of 10ml last?
The usual duration for one bottle is between 5-6 months, depending on your frequency of use and the amount applied each time. With the roller, you can control the oil quantity, unlike sprays. Our oils are designed to stick to your skin, so there's no need for excessive use. Ultimately, the choice is yours.
Do you produce in Sweden?
Our fragrances are crafted and produced in France, while all the packaging is done locally in Sweden.
Where are you based?
We are based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Can one perfume smell differently from one batch to another?
Our formulas for each fragrance remain consistent. However, the olfactory perception may vary between batches due to factors like batch age. This applies to all perfumes, be it super-niche or mass-produced. External factors like body temperature and changing seasons also play a significant role in your olfactory perception.
Do you use natural ingredients?
We carefully consult with our manufacturers in selecting ingredients and conduct thorough testing before product launch. Our products consist of a blend of natural and synthetic ingredients. At times, synthetic ingredients prove to be more environmentally friendly, especially when natural alternatives are scarce. We strive to make responsible choices for both quality and sustainability.
What’s your environmental policy?
We are a small company that strives to be as climate-conscious as possible. Except for some key components such as bottles and the fragrances, everything else is made and manufactured here in Sweden. We try to work as locally as possible and are trying to avoid traveling by air as much as possible.
Are your products cleared by the customs?
Since our start, all orders have successfully cleared customs. However, please be aware that the ingredients in our perfume oils may be restricted by customs in certain countries. We advise customers to verify this information before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise during the order process.
Will you be launching any more fragrances?
Absolutely! We continuously work on developing new fragrances. Stay updated by signing up for our newsletter or following us here for the latest releases and updates.
Is there a chance of having an allergic reaction?
Please be aware that there is a slight risk of allergic reactions with any cosmetic product. Although our products adhere to EU and IFRA standards, we advise conducting a patch test on a small area of your skin for 24 hours before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for allergy-related issues if the product has been used. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
